Biography
Moses Cooley was born to Obadiah Cooley and Dorcas Hale on April 22, 1710. Moses was a graduate of Yale, class of 1735. He lived in Longmeadow, Massachusetts and in Palmer, Massachusetts (1753-1754). He died in Springfield early in the year 1783. According to Dexter's Biographical Sketches of Yale Graduates, "Neither wife nor child survived him, and his estate wasfound insolvent. He is believed to have been unmarried. [1][2]
