Cooper-28978 and Cooper-10048 appear to represent the same person because: Same birth date and place. It seems unlikely, however, that her father was the Thomas Cooper b. 1764 in Delaware, since he seems to have lived his entire life in Delaware and Huldah was born on Vinalhaven.
