Charles (Charlie) F. Cooper, 81 years old, resident of Albion, IL left this earthly life on Tuesday morning, December 27, 2016 at Wabash General Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. He was born to Wesley and Helen (Schuster) Cooper on July 26, 1935 in a log cabin just east of Heights Shoals Bridge in Gray Township, White County, Illinois. He married Virginia Jane Bunting on July 27, 1956 and ended in divorce. Charles was employed at the Albion Brick Company in his early years and then worked at AMF in Olney for twenty-plus years and eventually with the assistance of his wife Virginia, owned and operated "Prairie Town Antiques" in Grayville for more than twenty years. Charles was known as an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, target practicing, Indian relic hunting as well as an all-around collector of all things known to mankind.
