Biography

Henry Cooper was born about 1839 in Rotherhithe, Surrey, England.[1][2]

Henry married Fanny ?, probably around 1859 since their first child was born about 1860.

In the 1881 England census, Henry and Fanny (born about 1841) were living in Bermondsey, London, England. Their children were: Henry (born about 1860), William (about 1862), Fanny (about 1863), James (about 1865), Robert (about 1868), Alice (about 1872), Ada (about 1874), Mary (about 1877) and Thomas (1880). Henry was a fishmonger.[1]

In the 1891 England census, Henry and Fanny were living in Rotherhithe with their children Alice (born about 1773), Ada (about 1875) and Mary (about 1877). Also living with them was their son William (about 1862) with his wife Matilda (about 1868). Henry was a fishmonger.[2]
