Biography
Nellie was born about 1876. She is the daughter of William Cooper. She lived upstairs in a duplex at 3643-45 W 32 St. in Cleveland, Ohio. The double still stands in a tiny section of W 32 cut off by I-71. Her sister Mary "Mayme" Neff lived downstairs. Both were there from the very late 1890's until sometime in the 1920's. Cousins Louise (Weezie) and Harold interacted with cousins Coop, Marg, and Dod. She passed away about 1939. [1]
