Biography
James was born about 1768. He is the son of James Cooper and Mary Quisenberry. He passed away in 1826. [1] [On Oct 31, 2013, I was contacted by a Philip Alfeld who stated James was his (GGGGrF?)who had moved to Kentucky. We are corresponding.]
