Benjamin Cooper was an Arkansan.

Benjamin Franklin Cooper was born about 10 Dec 1852 in Arkansas, United States, son of William Monroe Cooper and Elizabeth Ann (Hall) Cooper.

He married Martha Zipporah Smith . Their children were:

  1. Perry Stanford Cooper
  2. Lindsey Jefferson Cooper[1]
  3. William Moses Cooper
  4. Noah Eldon Cooper.

He died about 1913 in Izard County, Arkansas aged ~60. He is buried in Oxford Cemetery, Oxford, Izard County, Arkansas, USA.[2]
