William Henry Cooper was born June 11, 1845 in New York, USA.[1] He married Sarah Catherine Phillips on November 12, 1875 in Bruce, Ontario, Canada.[2][3] They had no children of their own, however, they did adopt a son, Henry Andrew Cooper, sometime before 1901[4].
