DEATH REPORT. BOLTING HORSES CAPSIZE DRAY. CONTRACTOR FATALLY INJURED. Perth. Oct. 6. James Cooper (67,), carrying contractor, was fatally injured on the Mandurah-road yesterday when two horses he was driving bolted and capsized his dray. Cooper was pinned beneath the dray and died soon after he was extricated by Dr. Jacobs, of Harvey, and a truck driver.
