When I think of Gran I remember: Her beautiful white hair, it was the prettiest colour; Visiting her house and looking at her handcraft - I remember one day going through a big box, crochet doilies, hooked wool rugs (one had a picture of a dog on it); She gave her grand-daughters crochet items as Christmas gifts, doilies and linen hankies with crochet borders. I still have some. Her little terrier dog Tiny who had the run of the house.
