Biography

Homesteaded in Manitoba 1910 and passed away from cancer. William's homestead was at Million Manitoba and a plaque was errected to mark the orrigional 1/4 section. William and family lost the homestead for lack of developement after 10 years . Most interesting is that to this day it is less developed than when the Cooper's lived there. William Henry Cooper and his family became Canadians when they arrived in Canada and were proud to be part of Canada . Lived , grew up , married and Died in Canada.
