William H Monroe Cooper was born in 1826 in Williamson, Tennessee, United States, William passed away on 5 Dec 1864 in Lunenburg, Izard, Arkansas, United States
He married Elizabeth A Hale on 13 February 1843 in Williamson County, Tennessee.[1][2] Around 1849 they moved to Izard County, Arkansas. Their children were:

He died on 5 December 1864 and was buried in Lunenburg Cemetery, Izard County, Arkansas.[4]
