Biography

Children: Ann (married Madog Ab Einion), Thomas, Mallt (married Hywel ap Iorwerth), Richard, Margred.

In the Antiquities of Shropshire we find many records and stories about a Peter Corbet, his son Peter and his father Thomas in Worthin and even in Leigh from between 1240 and 1300. However, these Peters and this Thomas were distant cousins of our Peter, his son Thomas and his father Roger, and they held much more power and land - in short, much higher positions. They were probably overlords of our Peter, Thomas and Roger Corbet who probably owned or rented their land quietly.

Considering the people some of Peter's children married were Welsh, it's quite possible that Peter's wife was Welsh and that they lived in Wales during this generation.
