Biography

This profile has been corrected to show the proper parental references. The original profile was attached to the wrong parents, according to new sources (listed below).

WRONG - Mildred was born in 1725. She was the daughter of John Corbin and Betty Jennings. She passed away in 1796. [1]

Mildred is probably being confused with daughter of John he refers to as Milla in his will. Mildreds parents are Gawan and Jane (Lane) per new sources. --Juli Hardin (junge-183)

According to the marriage document, Mildred Corbin is the daughter of Gawin Corbin and Jane (Lane). Virginia, U.S., Marriages of the Northern Neck of Virginia, U.S., 1649-1800 page 67. She is not the daughter of John Corbin and Elizabeth (Jennings).
