George was the son of George Corbin and Anne Reppington.[1] He was born at Hall End, Warwickshire in about 1543 (he was said to be of age in 1564).[2][3][4]
In 1564 George's father settled a cottage at Polesworth, Warwickshire on him.[2][3][4]
He married Mary Faunt, daughter of William Faint and his second wife Jane Vincent.[2][3] They had the following children:
In 1609 George was jury foreman in an Inquisition relating to the claim of Robert Dudley (son of Robert Dudley, Earl of Leicester) to Kenilworth Castle.[4]
Mary Faunt died in 1614.[2][3] George survived her, dying on 26 September 1636:[1][4] he was buried at Kingswinford, Staffordshire.[1][2][3]
