Biography
Pheobe was born in 1843 to Pheobe McCoubrey and George Corbin in St. John's Newfoundland. She was married to Michael John Carman (son of Henry Charles Darling Carman and Jemina Dean of Chatham New Brunswick) in 1877. She died Jan 24, 1883 in Halifax, N.S.
Phoebe and Michael had three children: Arthur Langley, Mary Jane and Laura Florence
