Biography

Mary aka "Polly" was born in Tazewell, Virginia in 1807. She married John C. Osborn in about 1822 (marriage record needed). They are listed together on the 1850 Census^[1] and the 1860 Census^[2] in Scott, Virginia. Her husband passed away in 1863 and she is listed as widowed on both: the 1870 Census^[3] and the 1880 Census^[4] in the same area of Scott, Virginia. She passed away at the age of 77 in 1885.^[5]

Research Notes

After conducting extensive research and locating over twenty sources; I have not been able to find a child linked to her by the name of Margaret Ellen Obsorne - perhaps additional research is necessary.
