Biography

• Enlisted September 21, 1864, Chambersburg, Pennsylvania for 1 year. Served in the 91st Regiment Pennsylvania Infantry, Company G.
• Died of a gun shot wound at the Battle of Hatcher's Run, outside of Petersburg, Virginia on October 27, 1864. Burial originally in Virginia, body was immediately brought back to Pennsylvania for a proper burial.
