At the time of the 1895 Iowa State Census, Milton and Jennie are living in Hancock, Iowa.[1]
The 1900 Census shows Milton, Jennie, Carl and Ray living in Whittemore, Iowa. Milton is working as a telegraph operator.[2]
In 1905, the Iowa State Census was completed for only Milton. The record shows that he was married, working as a railroad agent and living in Black Hawk, Iowa.[3]
By 1910, Milton and his family are living in Eureka, North Dakota.[4]
On 12 Sep 1918, Milton registered for the WWI Draft. His draft card gives his birthdate as 15 Mar 1874.[5]
The 1940 Census shows that Milton is widowed and living as a boarder in the household of Jacob and Alma Rust in Sykeston, North Dakota.[6]
