Mary Couch was born about 1772 in Wallens Creek Yadkin Valley, Ashe, North Carolina, daughter of John C. Couch (~1750–1833) and Mary Boone (~1745–~1783).

Mary (10) married John Zachariah Campbell (19) (born in 1763 in Orange County, North Carolina; son of John Patrick Campbell Jr. and Elizabeth (James) Couch) in 1783. Their children were:

In 1850, Mary (77) was living with her husband, John (87). [1]

Mary died on June 19, 1863 in Perry County, Kentucky, United States, aged 90. She was buried in Tunnel Hill Cemetery, Dunraven, Perry County, Kentucky.[2]

I believe Counch-449's mother was named Boone (see Boone-234) and so there has been some confusion in the record of Boone-1753.
