Alice Jane “Ally” Coulter was born 15 Aug 1793 in Kentucky. She died 23 Oct 1822 (aged 29) and was buried at Richmond Cemetery in Richmond, Madison County, Kentucky, United States.[1]
On 15 July 1813 Ally/Elly, age 20 married Barney Thomas Stagner, age 21, son of Barney Stagner and Sarah Prather in Madison, Kentucky, United States. [2]
