She married Jacob STONEBURNER about 1789. He was born 1759/1760 in New York. He was the son of Jacob STONEBURNER. Jacob died 20 December 1817 in Osnabruck, Stormont, Ontario, at the age of 59, and was buried in Osnabruck, Stormont, Ontario. Christien died in Osnabruck, Stormont, Ontario, and was buried in Osnabruck, Stormont, Ontario.
Jacob Stoneburner received a patent for land on 5 April 1797 as a member of the King's Royal Regiment of New York. Christien petitioned for land as the daughter of a Loyalist 28 October 1797. Jacob's gravestone is on the memorial wall at Upper Canada Village, Morrisburg, Ontario. We know of five children as they petitioned for land. They are Ann, Leonard, Mary, John, and Jacob. They had land at Concession 6 Lot 34, Cornwall township, and Concession 3 Lot 27 Roxborough township, Stormont county.[2]
