Elizabeth Cowles ^[1] was born on April 9, 1723 at East Hartford, Connecticut.

Elizabeth is the daughter of William Cowles and Elizabeth Hubbard. ^[2]

Elizabeth Cowles marries to Timothy Spencer in about 1734 at Haddam, Middlesex, Connecticut. Timothy ^[1]was born on March 11, 1704 at East Haddam, Middlesex, Connecticut, Timothy is the son of Timothy Spencer and Abigail Unknown.

Birth

In many family trees online and in some texts Elizabeth is erroneously named as the mother of Simeon and his siblings. According to The American Genealogist, Vol 30, pages 252 Elizabeth and Timothy had no children.

Death

Elizabeth dies on November 29, 1740 at Avon, Hartford, Connecticut. ^[1] Timothy dies on September 21, 1789 in Manchester, Hartford County, Connecticut, USA.
