Biography

Cautionary note: Samuel Solomon Cox and John H. Cox (children) are uncertain. DNA triangulation lends the belief that they may share the same father. Other DNA matches tie them to Thomas Cox and Sarah Kinnan (through daughter Elizabeth Cox-Dye specifically.)

"William Cox was the son of Thomas and Sarah (Kinnan) Cox. He died at the age of 45 and his wife, Margaret (Mount) Cox, and seven of their eight children moved to Warren County, Ohio, where he had previously purchased land.
