Biography

When William James Cox and his twin sister Sarah Ann Nancy were born in 1828 in Stafford, Virginia, their father, John, was 26, and their mother, Mary, was 18. He married Virginia Jane Turner on October 4, 1853. They had eight children in 26 years. He died on June 18, 1896, in his hometown at the age of 68, and was buried there.
