Isaac Cox was born in the City of London, England.

Isaac was born about 1650. Isaac Cox, son of Philip and grandson of Sir Isaac Cox, was a London merchant who emigrated to America about 1690 and settled at Elizabethtown, New Jersey. [1]

Isaac Cox married 1st in 1676 to Sarah (Sutton) Trembley, widow of George Trembly, a Huguenot nobleman and daug of Sir Henry Sutton and Elizabeth Berkeley, daug of Lord John Berkeley.

Isaac Cox married 2nd to Martha (Bentley) Graves, widow of Captain John Graves of the English Navy. Martha was the daughter of William Bentley and his wife Mary Townley.

Isaac Cox married 3rd to Mary (Noe) Trembley, widow of John Trembley, a Huguenot, brother of George Trembly. Mary was the daughter of Peter Noe and Margaret Clark, his wife.

Cox-9431 and Cox-263 are not ready to be merged because: 23 year difference is DOB could make them father and son. Date needs to be settled.
