Sarah married Anderson Phillips about 1841 in Floyd County Virginia.
Her father Luke's will, "it is my desire further that my daughter Sallie Phillips shall share equally with the balance of my children, I therefore give and bequeath to my said daughter Sallie an equal portion to accrue to her and the heirs of her body forever, free from the claims of all persons whatsoever during there natural lives."[1] Estate accounting for her father Luke names her children as heirs, June 1866, implying she died before that. Court records at the Library of Virginia archive.
