Family name was changed from Crabb to Crabtree in Probate Court, Piscataquis County, State of Maine, Oct. 4,1910. (2)
Hope married Albert Donald MacLeod in 1942. She was 31, a spinster, and a gospel worker. He was 29, a bachelor, and a clergyman. They were married by Hope's brother, Rev. Clifford Crabtree. At the time of their marriage, Donald lived at 300 Watson St., St. John, New Brunswick; Hope lived in Houlton, Maine. The witnesses were Lois Carrow Crabtree and Murray Jewett Victory. (3)
