Biography

Family name was changed from Crabb to Crabtree in Probate Court, Piscataquis County, State of Maine, Oct. 4, 1910. (4)

Lois signed her middle name as "Carrow" when she witnessed her sister, Hope's marriage to Donald MacLeod. (See Hope's record for marriage citation). Lois' middle name is sometimes given as "Carol." (2)
