Hi, Now that you have had a little time to try WikiTree, here are a few more features you may find useful

Ideas on what to include in a profile can be found in Styles and Standards, including tips on writing biographies.

If you need to describe an event, an heirloom or a location relevant to your research, you may like to learn about Free Space Profiles.

Lastly, sometimes you will run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving those unfortunate situations.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask via my profile page or G2G Post. Sandy ~ WikiTree Mentor

I've been studying my families of origin for 40 years, with large gaps in between work and family duties. Expanding, now, to my spouse's family, DNA testing, and interested in a free exchange of sourced information.

Hi Jo

Welcome to the WikiTree family! We’re really glad you’re here.

WikiTree is totally FREE and more important is the fact that it is fun growing your Family Tree.

2) VOLUNTEER to add your family information (you must confirm your e-mail address first)

3) When you VOLUNTEER always leave a short comment in your PUBLIC MESSAGE box to show the greeter you are interested in contributing to your family tree.
