Work History Was Melting Shop Manager at Glengarnock Steelworks. British Steel Corp. [Originally - Colvilles Ltd] 1975 till Dec 1978 after being Assistant Manager for 3 years & Casting Pit Manager for 3 years.

Initially starting work at Glengarnock, as a laboratory assistant, on Jan 1950, & qualifying as a Metallurgist at Paisley Technical Collage.
