Thank you for responding to my e-mail re Bud Harry Craig. I found a death of a Bud Harry Craig in 2007 in Chambers County, Texas. I found this on Ancestry.com. I do not subscribe to Ancestry.com at the moment. I have in the past. You can access this website and get in on one level, but when you need further information up comes their subscription information. Therefore, I do not know if this Bud Harry Craig is the correct one. This person comes up under Texas Death Index and Social Security Index for Texas. I also found a Bud Harry Craig who divorced Barbara A. Gibbs Craig. This was in the Harris County Divorce Records for 1968-2002. Barbara A. Gibbs Craig died in 1974 in Texas. Bud Harry Craig and Barbara A. Gibbs Craig showed up in the Texas Marriage Collection for 1966-2002 in Ft. Bend Co., Texas. There again, I don't know if these are the right people. Do you know if Bud had married? Melvin also mentioned that Bud was in some sort of mental institution after returning from World War II. Have you heard anything regarding this information? I am so surprised that Bud Craig has been missing from his family for so many years. Melvin said he had not seen him for 40 years. I was so excited when I found your inquiry on Ancestry.com or at least a portion of your family tree and it listed Bud, his parents, grandparents and some great-grandparents. But then I saw no death date for him. But then again, he would only be 80 years old. I would even consider getting a copy of the death certificate because it would list his parents, But since the death is within the last 25 years only a family member meeting certain requirements can do this. I will keep trying to find Bud and I hope he is not this Bud Craig who died in Chambers Co. This family needs to have a reunion. Would you mind e-mailing me Mildred's phone no. I would love to talk with her, I will be visiting with Melvin tomorrow when I am at Park Manor. Melvin is 88 years old and his mind is sharper than mine. Ha!
Thank you again for your response.
