Biography

Jeremiah Crandall, son of Jeremiah Crandall and Elizabeth Casey, was born on 19 Sep. 1755 in South KIngstown, Rhode Island.[1]

He married Freelove Kinney (or Keeney) on 12 Jan. 1784 in Washington, Connecticut.[1] They had thirteen children

Jeremiah died on 30 Oct. 1840 in Delphi Falls, Onondaga County, New York and was buried at Delphi Falls Baptist Church Cemetery, Delphi Falls, Onondaga County, New York.[1] His memorial has a photo of his headstone and links to those of family members.[2]


He was a Revolutionary Soldier of Onondaga, NY

They lived in Pawling, NY by 1790. After the death of Freelove, he went to live with a Lanson Watkins

Moved to Pompey, NY in 1809
