well was always told grandpa was adopted,wellfindly find out its true,His dads name was William J Stocking an mother was Mary C Voakes.havnt really found out any more so any help.........well just found out he was adopted on 1900

I remember sitting at table at grand pas n mas house for thanksgiving dinner.grandpa at one end an grandma at other.the whole family was y here, uncles, aunts, cousiins.thats the only time I ever remember grandpa.I remember my dad clayton telling me that grandpa was adopted an his real last name was Stocking. He said we dont talk about it because yhey wete a bunch of horse theifs.true? I dont know.he also said grandpa was part blackfoot.by his pics I beleive that.he looks indian. Im hoping anyone who reads this mite know something that cd help find more out
