Biography
When Rebecca Folger Crapo was born on March 26, 1833, in New Bedford, Massachusetts, her father, Henry, was 28, and her mother, Mary, was 27. She married William Clark Durant on November 29, 1855, in her hometown. They had two children during their marriage. She died on February 8, 1924, in Flint, Michigan, at the age of 90, and was buried in Manhattan, New York.
