Jerry Crary served in the American Civil War; enlisted in 1862, and wounded in 1864.
He went to Sheffield, Pennsylvania, and engaged in limber and oil developments from Texas to Washington.
He married in 1870 Laura Dunham [daughter of Richard & Laura (Allen) Dunham].
