Biography
Clara was the daughter of Sheriff Hugh Crawford and Frances Dillon. She married (1) Edward A. Thomas on 11 Sep 1862 in Lawrence Co., Ohio.[1] They had one son. A pension request was filed on 3 Mar 1865 by his widow, Clara on behalf of herself and her son. Edward was a Sergeant Major in the 2nd W. Virginia Cavalry.[2] She married (2) Jeremiah "Jere" Davidson (1834-1918) in 1867.[3] They had four children. She died in 1927.[4]
