David was born in 1866. He married Catherine and their family lived in London, Middlesex, England.[1] Their family emigrated to Canada in 1905 and lived in Ontario South.[2]
Birth
David Crawford was born in Merton, Oxfordshire on 7th September 1866.[3] He was baptised at St Swithun's, Merton on 28th October 1866. He was the son of William and Elizabeth (nee Green) and his father stated on the register that he was a labourer.[4][5]
Marriage
David Crawford and Catherine Lilian Manzoni were married after banns at Emmanuel Church, Camberwell, London on 1st July 1889.[6] They were bachelor and spinster and both living at 1A George Street. David was 23, a plate layer and the son of William Crawford who was a shepherd. Catherine was 28 and the daughter of Giovanni Manzoni (deceased) who had been a looking glass manufacturer. They both signed their own names on the register and the witnesses to the marriage wee Nancy Wills and Annie Maria Moore.[7]

Death
David died on 26th June 1942 and was buried in Oshawa Union Cemetery on 29th June.[8][9]
