It would appear from the sources on these profiles that Jane and Elizabeth are sisters and that they both married Hanna's. I suspect the date of birth is wrong for one, Elizabeth is the oldest (1st born). I really didn't look much further but I think resolving dob's and full names is the way to go. Cheers!
