Caroline (Attwood) Cresswell was born in Gloucestershire, England.

Caroline was baptised on 2nd September 1821 in Ashchurch, as the daughter of John Attwood and Priscilla Newman.[1] On 10 November 1844 Caroline married Joseph Crosswell in Aschurch, Gloucestershire. [2]

In 1861 Joseph and Caroline were living in Tewkesbury with 3 children and Caroline's mother Priscilla. [3] Joseph was a labourer.

Caroline died aged 82 in 1903. Her death was registered in Tewkesbury. [4]
