Judah Cripe was born about 20 Feb 1812 in Montgomery, Ohio, United States.^[1]

Judah (~19) married Isaac Van Matre (18)(1813 - 1888) on 26 Dec 1831 in Wayne, Indiana, United States.^[2]

Their daughter was Nancy Van Matre (~1834 - 1927).

In 1860, Judah was living in Henry, Henry, Indiana, United States with her husband and children.^[3][4]

Judah died on 11 Mar 1885 in Henry, Indiana aged 73 and was buried at Hess Cemetery, Cadiz, Henry, Indiana, United States. ^[1]

Land-2950 00:49, 31 December 2022 (UTC) Her father is noted as Samuel Cripe on Family Search, but he has no sources. There are no sources I have found that link her with Samuel Cripe. I am not sure who her father really is, and have not found a record of who that might be yet. Checked Ancestry, MyHeritage, and FamilySearch. While they are connected on family trees, there is no documentation that I can find to support this connection.
