Biography

Minnie was born on 22 Jan 1858, daughter of the Rev. Benjamin Crouch of Tennessee and Mary Jameson of Missouri. ^[1]

According to census records, Minnie's mother was born in Missouri, not Kentucky, as indicated in Minnie's death certificate.

She attended Southwestern Homeopathic Medical College at Louisville, Kentucky ^[2] and worked as a physician. ^[3]

Minnie married in 1877 to Thomas Field Dunlap ^[4] and they had two children, William and Mary. ^{[5] [6]}

She and Thomas divorced by 1910, ^{[7] [8]} and Minnie died of colon cancer in 1933. ^[1] She was buried at Lexington Cemetery in Fayette County, Kentucky. ^[9]
