Crouch-2767 John Crouch
I do not know what evidence shows John Crouch of the Northern Neck of Virginia to be the John Crouch from Shillington, Bedforshire, England. I've never seen or heard of any evidence of John Crouch's parentage or identity before the 1709 deed in Virginia. And Sarah Geary Crouch lived her whole life in England and died there in 1749, so she was not the wife of a John Crouch who lived in Virginia.

I'd also like to know what the evidence is for his dying in 1723. We know he had died by 1740 because his son William, who had inherited his land, sold it at that time.
