Research Notes

Do not believe this record can be correct he was not born until 1783 so it's highly unlucky he served in the Revolutionary War. It is probably his father.

Robert served in the American Revolution.[5]

I only found one marriage record but he was married three times. First was Phoebe Williams marriage date 1803, second was Mary Nave marriage date 1830, and his third wife was Abigail Morrell marriage date 1862. His marriage to Abigail is in his pension record for the War of 1812.

This profile does require a lot more work and clean up.

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Robert by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Robert:

Crowe-1552 and Crow-1742 appear to represent the same person because: Same birth and death dates and locations, same wife. Census records and Find A Grave (memorial 67319622) all give last name as Crow instead of Crowe, but at that time he may have used either at different times.
