Biography
The son of William Joseph "Preacher" Crowe and Helen Logsdon of Estill County Ky; the Grandson of John Shelton Crowe and Susan Metcalf, and William Hampton Logsdon and Cornelia 'Neelie' Carpenter. William "Billy Ray" Crowe worked as a welder for Ford Motor Company, Tischer Co, and Hyster throughout his career.He was married to Carol Lynn Goosey, Imogene Dosier, and Joann Richardson. He was a member of the Beaver Pond Christian Church, and served in the National Guard. He was the father of Jeffery Lynn Crowe (who died at birth)Timothy R. Crowe, Mark Allen Crowe, and Justin Scott Crowe.He had four grandchildren: Damien Alexander Crowe, Jeffery Logan Crowe, Donovan Alastair Crowe and Isabella Rae Crowe.He was the step-father of Brittany Mullins.He was laid to rest in the Logsdon family Cemetery near his mother.
