Jessie Peters, 31 January 1859, was born in Detroit, Michigan. She died, aged 85, in Michigan on 13 February 1944. She is buried at Mount Elliott Cemetery, Detroit, with her husband, Samuel Peters, and their daughter, Violet L. (Peters) Sweeney (1889-1948), and her husband. ^[7]
