Crozier In the name of the Benevolent Father of all, I, William R. Crozier of Piqua, Miami Co., Ohio , do make and publish my last will and testament. Item 1st Having made advancements to my children severally as follows; to my son,James S. Crozier, five thousand nine hundred twenty-two 58/100 dollars in money, and materials and stock, etc, in his Carriage Shop. To Sylvester Crozier, seven thousand two hundred and two 58/100 dollars in money and materials & stock in carriage shop, and a part of his homestead in Troy,Ohio, and deeded to Anna Crozier his wife, to Fannie S. C. Wilbee, four thousand and twenty-one 30/100 dollars, household furniture, & part materials to finish new house in Sidney, Ohio and money and Real Estate. To William G. Crozier, seven thousand one hundred and fifteen dollars, in Real Estate, and one half invoice stock etc. in carriage shop when I took him in as my half partner, July 1st, 1875. The deeds for the above mentioned Real Estate being deposited for said granters to be delivered to them at my decease. I will and devise to my beloved wife Catherine A. Crozier all the balance of my estate, real, personal and mixed to belong to her during her natural life, and it is my will that what ever may be remaining of my estate after the death of my said wife, shall be distributed as follows, 1st each one of my children shall be made equal with the one who may have received from me the largest amount as shown by my Books in account kept between me and said children severally; and 2nd, the balance shall be divided equally between said. children. Provided that the said children all be satisfied and contented there with. My will is that all my children or heirs to my estate must be satisfied, or if any complaints or trouble or threats of law suits take place, then ten dollars offered or paid to any one so trespassing my will it shall and will be sufficient to cut them or any one out of the balance of my estate. Item 2nd It is my will that as soon after my decease as convenient my executor shall pay all my just debts. Item 3rd I nominate and appoint my wife Catharine A. Crozier executrix of this my last will and testament without giving bond or undertaking for the discharge of her duties as said executrix, and I further request the Probate Judge to order no appraisement or sale of my personal property be made but that the same shall belong to my said wife with power to sell at private or public sale as she may deem proper or to keep the same if she wishes to do so. I revoke all former wills by me made, in testimony whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal this twenty-six day of February 1879. William R.
