He was aged 9 when the family emigrated to Australia on the Castle Eden, arriving in Victoria in August 1852. [2]
He was a widower when he married Fanny Matilda Freeman on 5 April 1899 at the Wesleyan Church, Ardrossan, South Australia. [3]
He passed away age 74 on 15 July 1917 at Port Germein, South Australia [4] and was buried in West Terrace Cemetery. [5]
CRUMP. On the 15th July, at Port Germein the Rev. Robert Britnell Crump (Methodist Minister) dearly beloved husband of F.M. Crump. His end was peace.[6]
