Notes
Note N275Grandson Jim Lusk says: " My grandfather Henry Walker Crumpton Sr was an apple farmer just north of Walhalla. I worked in his orchard when I was a young boy. He operated a fruit stand and sold apples and peaches to passerby's--I can remember cars being lined up as far as you could see, stopping to buy his fruit and Grandma's homemade butter, apple pies, our apple cider, and grapes from his vineyard. He also shipped some via rail fromWestminster, don't remember where to though." HAVE: Newspaper clipping of 50th Wedding Anniversary with picture, census year 1910, 1920, 1930.
