Biography

Lena was born in 1876. She was the daughter of Nelson Cruttenden and Harriet Randall.

In 1897: Lena married John Shaw in Lambs Creek, PA [1] and they had two sons, Nelson and Wilford

Lena is listed in the 1900 U.S. census with her husband and infant son Nelson living in Richmond Township, PA. [2]

Lena passed away in 1907.

After Lena’s death, John’s brother and sister-in-law, Llewellyn & Mabel (Shipman) Shaw, fostered, and later adopted, John & Lena's youngest child, Wilford Walter Shaw.
